Doug has been building in Western North Carolina since 1985. Over the years he has had the privilege of helping families discover the joy in building their dream homes. He is a Licensed General Contractor in North Carolina. With almost 40 years of experience he understands the unique challenges of building in the mountains and can navigate projects through out the process. 
 
Doug is married to his wife Ellen, an elementary school teacher. They enjoy their time together hiking and boating. They have three daughters and six grandchildren. He enjoys fly fishing.
