In 2020, the Amarx Development team acquired this property and embarked on the journey of crafting this community. Our aim was to present a range of lot/home packages, with prices spanning from $450,000 to $650,000.

Cottages at Avery’s Creek The Cottages at Avery’s Creek Nestled in Arden, NC, offers the ease of living in a Lock & Go community combined with the convenience of in-town living. In 2021, the Amarx Development team acquired this ready-to-go 38-site community. Armed with architectural blueprints, our design team curated a selection of premium interior amenities that resonate with our discerning buyers. Thanks to the HOA association, which oversees lawn care and landscaping, residents can embark on their travels without worrying about exterior maintenance. Homes within this community are currently fetching prices in the high $500,000 range.

Baker’s Creek Baker’s Creek represents one of Amarx Construction’s most recent ventures. In 2016, Amarx Construction received an invitation from the owner of Southcliff, Mountain Funding, a real estate investment group headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Our mission was to spearhead the development of upscale single-family cottage-style homes that seamlessly harmonized with their high-end mountain community.

In collaboration with a local architect, we meticulously crafted four distinct home plans tailored to cater to the unique preferences of prospective homeowners. Still Creek emerged as a resounding success, serving as a testament to the fruitful partnership between Southcliff and Amarx Construction.

Woodbridge Park (Sold Out) is a 20-home subdivision developed in Oakley, a centrally located Ashville neighborhood conveniently located near downtown Asheville, Biltmore Village, the Biltmore Estate, Mission Hospital, shopping, dining & entertainment.

Crayton Park (Sold Out) neighborhood  is a 16-home sidewalk lined community design for low maintenance and affordable living. Located in Oakley, a centrally located Ashville neighborhood conveniently located near downtown Asheville, Biltmore Village, the Biltmore Estate, Mission Hospital, shopping, dining & entertainment. This community was a big success and sold out in less than 12 months.

Sweet Birch Commons (Sold Out) Sweet Birch Commons is situated in the quaint town of Black Mountain, a mere 15 miles from the vibrant city of Asheville, North Carolina.
