The Pocess Made Simple

  1. PHONE CALL
    Phone consultation to talk about your specific needs and wants for the home you would like to build. We will talk about location, surrounding area and homesite specifics. Set date to meet on your property or the property you will be purchasing.

  2. ONSITE VISIT
    This is the time where we can start to talk about conceptual home design, house positioning, and driveway placement.

    We will determine which of the following items will be needed:

    • Topographical Survey
    • Tree Survey
    • Geotechnical Evaluation
    • Structural Engineer for Foundation
    • Architectural Partner
    • Utilities

  3. CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION
    Let’s dive into the details. Now that we know more about you and your homesite we can start to work with one of our architectural partners to design a home that is perfect for you as well as your homesite. Once the plans are complete, you will sit with the Custom Home Team to review the design and complete a room by room review of the fit and finish levels you are expecting.

  4. INTERIOR DESIGN & SELECTIONS
    Now that you have a home design it is time to have some fun! Let’s meet Kacia and Maggie at Studio A (the Amarx design studio). We make it easy so that you can make all of your decisions in one place! The Design Team will walk you through the decision making process and help you with all of the selections that will make your home, uniquely yours.

  5. PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
    At this meeting, the project manager will review the construction schedule as well as walk-through meetings you will have during the construction period.
